Summary On August 4, 2026, between 9:45 AM PDT and 11:03 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that prevented customers from accessing User Management and Products and Services pages within Autodesk Account. Customers also experienced issues while working with Forma, Fusion, Flow, and Info360 products.

Impacted Services

  • User Management: administrators were unable to manage users, subscriptions, and products in Autodesk Account and Hub Administration
  • Subscription assignment: newly purchased subscriptions could not be assigned to teams
  • Forma, Fusion, Flow, and Info360: customers may have experienced issues accessing their projects

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a Domain Name System (DNS) configuration change in User Management services.
  • A rollback of the configuration change was completed to restore service.

Autodesk Actions Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improvements to the testing and approval process for DNS configuration changes.
  • Improve rollback propagation speed.
